That’s exactly why we’ve rolled out a program at Flex (at a majority of our communities!), a new rent payment option designed to give you more flexibility and peace of mind.
So… What Is Flex?
Flex is a rent payment service that lets you split your rent into smaller payments throughout the month instead of paying it all at once.
Here’s the simple version:
- Flex pays your full rent to Indigo Living on the 1st — so your rent is always covered on time.
- You then pay Flex back in smaller chunks during the month, based on your income schedule.
- In many cases, Flex can also report your on-time payments to credit bureaus, which may help build or maintain your credit.
Basically, it helps your rent work with your budget instead of against it.
Why We Decided to Offer Flex
We rolled out Flex because we listened, and we know not everyone gets paid on the 1st. These days, you can split payments for just about everything in life — clothes, groceries, online shopping, even flights — so it only made sense to offer the same flexibility for the most consistent expense of all: rent.
